This residential project in Tauranga, New Zealand, consists of 24 apartment suites within a single development. As part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects, I was responsible for the BIM modelling of Lot 12 in Revit with LOD of 350, ensuring coordination and accuracy across the design.
