House 03 is a self-initiated contemporary Belgian residential project, developed independently out of personal interest in architectural design and BIM. The project was fully modeled in Autodesk Revit using a custom template, encompassing floor plans, sections, elevations, and a 1:10 construction detail drawn with Revit's Drafting tool. Exterior and interior visualizations were produced through AI-assisted rendering, translating the Revit model into photorealistic impressions that explore a warm Japandi-Boho interior palette alongside a restrained cool grey-beige brick facade, a material language rooted in contemporary Flemish residential architecture.
