Baharan Complex
Baharan Towers consist of two residential blocks, A and B, along with commercial units. Block A has 24 floors, including 20 residential floors, a lobby floor, and three basement levels for parking. Block B has 22 floors, including 18 residential floors, a lobby floor, and three basement levels for parking. The project features a central heating and cooling system (chiller), a steel bolted structure, and a fire detection and suppression system.
As an architect, my role was to design plans at LOD 500. At the time, BIM was used on a limited scale, but I leveraged it to detect mechanical and electrical clashes, reducing project faults. Additionally, I used Dialux to optimize the number of lighting fixtures in the commercial section. The primary software I utilized for this project included Revit and AutoCAD. I worked on this project for two years, and after that, I decided to leave as it was a governmental company.
